Who is responsible

WeBellen B.V., trading as eSIMMY, J.J. Viottastraat 35, 1071 JP Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing your personal data, also when you buy through a partner shop. Contact: support@esimmy.com.

What we collect and why

• Order details (email address, name, chosen bundle, language and currency): to deliver your eSIM and help you. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment details are processed by Stripe; we only receive the payment status and a reference, not your card details.
• eSIM technical data (eSIM identifier, data usage, the country of the network your eSIM connects to): to deliver the service, send usage alerts (50%, 80%, 95%) and a welcome message when you arrive in a new country, and to prevent fraud. Basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest. We do not collect your precise location.
• Partner codes: if you come via a partner link, we remember the partner code for 30 days in your browser to pay the partner a commission.
• Your preferences (language, currency) are stored only in your browser.

Who we share it with

We use these processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, EU), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email, EU region), Carrier and our network partner Bridge4IP (eSIMVault) (eSIM management and connectivity). Some of these parties may process data outside the EU; in that case the EU standard contractual clauses apply.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. eSIM usage data: twelve months after the bundle expires. Alerts and delivery logs: ninety days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or receive your data. Email support@esimmy.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This shop sets no cookies at all and loads no third-party scripts. We use no analytics or tracking software. Your language and currency are kept in your browser's own storage and never reach us.
